This study aims to extract and formulate a conceptual framework for "Advanced Iran" based on the statements of His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Khamenei, in an interpretive paradigm, using reflective content analysis. The research population included official statements published between 1988 and 2025, and 467 semantic units were identified, which were organized into 165 basic themes, 33 organizing themes, and seven comprehensive themes. The findings show that Advanced Iran is formulated as a multidimensional governance architecture based on seven pillars of governance: a capable state, sustainable security, a resistance economy, science and technology, human capital and lifestyle, national sustainability, and religious democracy. The extracted process model also shows that progress begins with the institutional capacity of the state, passes through public trust and social participation, and ends with the activation of economic and scientific engines, leading to security, prosperity, and intergenerational sustainability. This framework defines progress as a synergistic project of the state nation and provides the possibility of translating its concept into the language of public policymaking.
