Abstract:   (12 Views)
In the contemporary world, the pace of progress and development of countries is fundamentally grounded in science, knowledge, and technology. Historical experience demonstrates that science and technology, along with elements such as innovation and creativity, play a decisive role in national advancement. Achieving such levels of progress is possible only when science and technology are systematically and purposefully placed at the center of macro-level planning and policymaking. Accordingly, science and technology should be regarded not merely as instruments, but as vital issues and the primary driving forces of sustainable development, public welfare, and genuine societal independence. The present study aims to explain the strategies for achieving advanced sciences and technologies based on the viewpoints of Imam Khamenei, employing a descriptive–analytical approach. The findings of the research indicate that the strategies for attaining advanced sciences and technologies consist of three main components: strong emphasis on the production and expansion of science and technology, serious attention to innovation, and focused support for scientific elites and efficient human capital as the key enablers of sustainable progress.
