fa وضعیت و چشم انداز رسالت‌های آموزش و پرورش در اسناد حقوقی بالادستی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">اسناد بالادستی در ساختار آموزش و پرورش، از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است چرا&shy;که چشم‌انداز و اهداف بنیادی این مجموعه را ترسیم کرده و تمام صلاحیت&shy;ها، مسئولیت‌ها، حقوق و تکالیف نیز از آن نشأت می&shy;گیرد.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">رسالت و مأموریت هر نظام و نهادی، تعیین‌کننده‌ میزان اهمیت نقش آن نهاد در جامعه است. رسالت نظام تربیت رسمی و عمومی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران عبارت است از: &laquo;فراهم آوردن زمینه نظام‌مند و عادلانه کسب شایستگی‌های فردی، خانوادگی و جمعی لازم برای عموم افراد جامعه به منظور دستیابی به مرتبه قابل قبولی از آمادگی جهت تحقق حیات طیبه در همه ابعاد.&raquo; </span><span b="" lang="FA" lotus="" style="font-family:">بررسی وضعیت فعلی و چشم&shy;انداز آینده این اهداف در سایه نقد اسناد بالادستی به منظور آگاهی از میزان اقبال و ناکامی مجموعه آموزش و پرورش در دستیابی به ابن اهداف و بررسی علل توفیق و ناکامی در کنار ارایه برخی رهیافت&shy;ها و پیشنهادها، مقصود اصلی نگارنده می&shy;باشد.</span></span></span></span></span> The upstream documents in the education structure are of particular importance because they outline the vision and fundamental goals of this complex and all competencies, responsibilities, rights and duties also stem from it.<br> The mission and mission of every system and institution determines the importance of that institution&rsquo;s role in society.
