| Sustainable development , as a fundamental paradigm in the 21st century,requires alignment between economic growth , social Justice , and environmental protection. Meanwhile , public economic law , as a theoretical and practical framework for government regulation of economic activities , plays a vital role in achieving these goals. This article examines the reciprocal and influential relationship between the principles of public economic law and the path to achieving sustainable development. The main focus is on how tools such as institutional regulation, fiscal and tax policies , and market monitoring mechanisms (particularly in the energy and natural resources sectors) can act as levers to steer investments towards sustainable prctices. The article also discusses the challenges in this area, including the potential conflict between short-term economic interests and long-term sustainability requirments and the need to reconsider the concept of puplic competence in light of international sustainable development commitments. Finally , this research concludes that success in the transition to a sustainable economy depends on strengthening public economic law institutions with an interdisciplinary approach aimed at ensuring intergenerational justice and economic resilience. |
